Architectural educator, community activist and partner of an award winning architecture firm - Ms. Morgante's many interests are focused on improved living through design.

For eight years Ms. Morgante was a professor at the University of Illinois in Chicago. She is currently listed as an adjunct professor at UIC and at the School of the Art Institute. As a founder and the first director of the UIC Architecture Extension Program, she was granted a special recognition award from the University.

Ms. Morgante's innate educational abilities help clients articulate their true desires. Her natural organizational skills allow her to creatively express these goals in a built form.

Working with Chicago's City Council and local aldermen, Ms. Morgante has developed community growth guidelines and initiated the Ashland Avenue Beautification project.

Ms. Morgante received a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Design from Hampshire College and a Masters of Architecture from the Universtiy of Illinois at Chicago, where she studied under Thomas Beeby and Stanley Tigerman.

Her work has been featured in Architecture, Better Home & Gardens and HGTV's "Before and After" series. Projects have been shown in The Midwest Women in Architecture exhibit, 100 Years of Women in Architecture at the Art Institute of Chicago, Ingenious Solutions at the Chicago Athenaeum, and at the Chicago Architectural Club.
