Morgante Wilson Foundation Update

As we dive enthusiastically into a new year, one of the things we’re most excited about is continuing the work of the Morgante Wilson Foundation.

If you’re new to this blog, we founded the Morgante Wilson Foundation three years ago as a testament to our belief in the critical importance of safe, secure, affordable housing – using the community land trust model, which ensures affordable housing in perpetuity – in the North Shore communities where we live and work.

CPAH is a HUD-certified nonprofit organization that develops affordable housing and provides services that empower individuals and families to secure and retain quality housing. CPAH has helped develop or preserve more than 1,750 units of affordable housing and provides housing-related services for more than 25,000 residents.

Of course, none of this would be possible without the support of our many donors. From clients to business partners to our very own team members of whom we are so proud, so many have given so generously. They (and many of you reading) have placed your trust in us to help provide a safer, more secure future for deserving families who’ve found themselves in need of stable housing after facing unforeseen hardships that could impact any one of us at any time. Whether due to divorce, medical emergencies, or job loss, to name a few, the need is there. And it continues to grow. Which is why we reaffirm our commitment to supporting CPAH this year – and why we thank you, sincerely, for giving so selflessly to help us do just that.
