In the Leasing Office we created a digitally printed glass wall to separate the offices from the public space. The calming blues of watercolor landscape acts as a large scale feature wall while simultaneously creating a functional division to the private spaces.

The Bar utilizes modular decorative lighting. Industrial light sockets are connected by industrial pipes that spread across the ceiling allowing for a large amount of surface lighting from a single electrical source.

The finishes palette blends the rustic charm of rural farm life with the sleek sophistication of modern industrial design, creating a sense of casual luxury. Warm woods and rich metals pay homage to rural heritage, while their integration into contemporary forms bridges past and present seamlessly.

Illuminated Lasercut wood panels are an excellent way to add depth and interest to walls and ceilings. You can create special moments to help segment long hallways and draw interest. We continued this vocabulary in the residential corridors with simpler wood elements that also help to break up the long hallways.
