At its heart lies a paved terrace adorned with custom stonework, an antique fountain, and back-lit art glass panels that cast a warm, ambient glow as day turns to night.

This exquisitely crafted space is a celebration of artisanal detail, where shimmering gold leaf catches the light above mosaic-tiled surfaces, carved stone elements anchor the room with timeless elegance, and custom plaster walls flow seamlessly into luminous art glass panels, creating an atmosphere of refined luxury and layered texture.
A graceful new entrance leads to the basement spa, flanked by two vintage carved stone sphinxes that evoke a sense of timeless grandeur. Inside, the spa unfolds like a hidden jewel—featuring a walk-in spa inspired by the intricate elegance of a Fabergé egg, a serene meditation room, and a tranquil lounge reminiscent of an ancient Roman bath. The result is a seamless blend of historic character and contemporary luxury, offering a deeply immersive and restorative experience.
