We were lucky to handle both the architecture and interiors on this one, and the collaboration was a dream. The clients had a sharp eye and a fearless sense of style, which pushed us to explore a palette of layered neutrals—sepias, soft greys, and tactile textures. Think steel and glass paired with warm wood, mohair, marble, and just the right hit of brass. The result? A masterclass in restrained drama.
The layout is tailored to how the family actually lives. The kitchen flows into a casual hangout space that’s surrounded by glass on three sides—this is where life happens, and the views don’t disappoint. The family room opens wide to the lake and the pool terrace, while the centrally located primary suite has its own walkout balcony, perfectly positioned to catch the morning light over the water.
